City Layout
* Oldest part of the city more inland, as the city grew it worked its way out adding the canals close to the river. This would include the palace.
* Built on the river south of the city on the world map
* Docks would be on the river
**deep enough for large ships to dock on the river or would the ships have a dock in the cove on the ocean?
