Alongside (At Feet) Inventory Update

ANNOUNCEMENT: GM Naiken announced the new ‘Alongside’ (at feet) inventory slot! It’s live in Plat and on the Test Server. It will be in Prime in a couple days. Using the PLACE command, you can put something there, and the item *remains in your inventory*. It is safe from the Janitor, but still subject to inventory limitations.
