DUSKRUIN NEWS: PM Wyrom gives us a few more tidbits on the Mania Replacements for this Duskruin. August 25 starts the Moon Whopper Shop, where you can buy stuff. The quantities could be limited, will be expensive, and you’ll find uber things for sale. Then Sept 2 or 3: Mondo Shenanigans will be a game-like events you play with Bloodscrip. He said you will always know what you are playing for in some fashion.

Duskruin Mania Replacement Update

The Mondo Shenanigans is going to be an event where players gather and can be selected to participate in some games. There will be a price (in bloodscrip) depending on the rewards being offered on a per selection basis. You’ll always know what you’re playing for in some fashion. This is pretty much most the details I’ll be sharing about this. The intention is the fun side of Mania to be offered here. I will also be offering something if you don’t really want to stick around and want to opt out. The door for this event will close. Expect this event to take place the very last weekend of Duskruin, September 2nd or 3rd. I will have it scheduled once I have firm confirmation on dates.
The Moon Whopper is going to just be a shop where you can just buy what’s for sale. Each time I bring it out, some items might have a limit on how many can be purchased. The intention here is for it to be a huge step over HESS in item caliber. Some items that do have limits on how many can be purchased will be reset and offered again each time I bring it out. It’s mostly so I can ease into something like this and see how it goes. This might be the only time we offer this, it might become a staple of Duskruin. Who knows. This isn’t intended to be deals or anything of that nature. The price will be the limiting factor for the most part. If I grossly misprice something, you’re welcome to let me know. I will start putting this shop out August 25th and it will be on and off until the end. The shop won’t stay out that long each time, but I will try to bring it around multiple times a day when I do. More details on times coming :rsn:! I don’t plan on putting out an item list or price list.
Added: The shop content might get updated each time it comes out, or if limited items are sold, new limited items will be put out to replace them. Kind of playing it as we go to see how this sort of thing works out.
Added: Both events will have a no refunds policy. The only exceptions are if you buy a service and it doesn’t work out for you due to limitations and restrictions of the service. If you buy an item, it’s yours forever.
