WEALTH / SILVER Gets Stealth Mode

NEWS: GM Aziaer updated the WEALTH/SILVER command to have quiet mode on as the default. You can use the new LOUD option to generate room messaging for roleplaying purposes. Enjoy checking your wealth without calling attention to it.
