UPDATE: GM Xynwen, who recently took over the wand combiners, announced that they are fixed and have a brand new upgrade to Tier 2 that will raise the number of charges to 100.

As an FYI, if you own a wand combiner (originally released at EG 2007), you’ll notice some updated functionality starting today!
1. All wands should be able to be used with a wand combiner. This includes the wands created by alchemy
2. All professions can now use a wand combiner
3. Nifty new analyze so you can see what wand type is in your wand combiner
4. A second tier will be available to unlock # of charges from 50 to 100
