UpSleeve, garments, update, non-functional, small weapons

UPDATE: GM Naiken announced that UpSleeve garments (non-robes) should now have a lower capacity that keeps them in the non-functional levels. You may need to interact with them for the change to happen: REMOVE, ANALYZE, and RE-WEAR it. #GemStoneIV

UpSleeves garments (non-robes) should now update themselves to a lower capacity that falls under non-functional levels. There’s no effect on being able to store two small weapons, so you aren’t losing anything. You may need to interact with them for the change to happen (just ANALYZE and re-wear).
