Update on Lighten and Deepen Note Approvals

UPDATE: GM Thandiwe announced an update to the items that can use lightening and deepening notes, including Animalistic Boots, Animalistic Armor, Parasitic Armor, Vanity Cases, and Groomers Kit. She lists out things still on the pending list, and noted that Private Property Vanity Cases were denied.

Lightening & Deepening Notes: The following scripts have been added: Animalistic Boots, Animalistic Armor, Parasitic Armor, Vanity Cases (Rings of Lumnis), and Groomers Kit (Rumor Woods)Still Pending Approval: Vanity Ware Cloaks, Greater Rhimar, Tally Axes, Mech Vambraces.

Denied: Private Property Vanity Cases (those can only be obtained a certain way)
