FLOTILLA FESTIVAL: Flotilla Festival Tips: 1) The bank there is connected to the balance of your Kraken’s Fall bank. Deposit money there before coming! 2) There is no access to FWI, Lockers, Reim, Chronomages, or Lockers. There is no Note Exchange. So bring what you may need. 3) The pawnshop buys nothing. 4) Trip via Portmaster to Flotilla is free during the Festival, but will cost 3500-ish silvers to return. Save enough for a return fare.
