EBON GATE: The Spook Contest for all visitors begins with the Spectral Waifling in the Spookorium. Ask waifling about the contest to start playing. The top 5 winners will receive special titles at the end of the Festival. Ths Spookorium may be in Town Hall … at least this is how I interpret that part of the announcement.
