NEWS: GM Auchand announced updates are available for testing on the Test Server for changes to how new creatures generate and Ascension creatures react to groups. Some changes to how creature spawns are handled and how Ascension creatures react to grouped players are now available on the Test server for review. The fundamentals of these changes are:

Individual players who are actively hunting should see a more steady stream of enemies irrespective of groups in the same area
Grouped players will have less of an impact on the number of creatures in an area, but will also see a more steady stream of creatures
Creatures whose generators are set up to spawn multiple creatures at a time in response to player presence will now do so, potentially leading to less downtime in some hunting areas
Ascension creatures will now gain some scaling combat stats when confronted by groups of players
