UPDATE: GM Marstreforn announced the complete remodeling of the Kharam-Dzu Meeting hall on Mithril Way. It is now the official Borthuum Clan Hall with a number of new features. Plus, there’s a new fishing dock called Bric-a-brac Dock down the narrow stone-lined path on Aquamarine Street, complete with an Angler’s stand. Details:

What’s New in Kharam-Dzu?

Formerly known as the “Meeting Hall” on Mithril Way of Kharam-Dzu, this structure has been updated to be the official Borthuum Clan Hall.
New features of the hall include:
New main entrance – still found on Mithril Way.
Memorial Chamber – where the Borthuum Clan honor the memory of their deceased.
Citizens-only nook – with attached Ragnak Clan workroom for citizens-only services.
“Viewing area” – attached to the Amphitheater, where Clan meetings can be observed.

Looking for some evening entertainment after their shifts at the brewery, a group of dwarves have built the Bric-a-brac Dock!
You can find the new fishing dock down a narrow stone-lined path on Aquamarine Street.
Additionally. Meet your new local angler, Ashley! She can sell you anything you need to get started with fishing, and maybe a little more than you bargained for at Borthuum Bargain Bait!
You can find Borthuum Bargain Bait, an oilcloth-covered makeshift wooden stand, near the new fishing dock on Aquamarine Street.
