GM Xynwen announced a Teadragon alteration session on Tuesday, October 17, in Covert Creatures Laboratory at Ebon Gate from 9pm to 11pm. There is a bargain basement cost of 100,000 silvers. Those who are spun, are allowed up to 10 rarity changes, or have your teabowl/teadragon altered. This service will never again be offered for this little of cost, nor for this many people again. Teadragon Alterations — Being Prepared!
Teadragons can be a bit complicated, so the better prepared you are, the more likely you will be to be able convince a merchant to alter your teadragon!
Fields to supply:
- Adjective field (15 characters)
- Article field (15 characters)
- Teadragon’s Long (if you don’t want one, the base goes here)
- Noun (raidanlu or teadragon)
- Primary color
- Eye color (shades of brown, green, yellow, orange, or violet are allowable)
- Color Pattern (things like gold-stippled or white-spotted) — optional to just have it match the primary color
- Wing color
- Tail color
- Crest color (crested only)
- Gender (she, he, its)
Notes:
While a teadragon may have different wings/tail from the primary color, they are often in the same tonal family.
Do NOT request a common/crested teadragon to be altered in such a way as to indicate it is a rare type
Restrictions:
Common/Crested: These are both common varieties of teadragon. The only difference is the crest. Primary colors are those typically found on lizards, chameleons, or salamanders. This gives you a fairly wide variety to choose from. Pinks will be pale/rose or grey-pink.
Albino: All color/pattern points are white. The eyes are gold-flecked pink. You can use synonyms.
Jade: lavender, crimson, black, and blue are the only shades for the primary color. Wings, tail, and patterns are the same as common/crested for variety.
Polychromatic: the primary color needs to be polychromatic, rainbow-hued, or something to indicate that. Wings, tail, and patterns are the same as common/crested for variety.
Qakoni: You can choose your colors the same as a common/crested.
Shidaran: everything is black. You can use synonyms, but all colors and color patterns and eyes and wings and tail….all black.
Summer: the primary color will be yellow. The pattern will be blue/white banded. Tail and wings should be complementary to this. Synonyms are allowed.
For albino, jade, polychromatic, qakoni, shidaran, and summer — the rarity type must be included in the long description.

Examples:
“a pudgy summer teadragon” if you wanted something super simple… “a tiny forest green raidanlu stippled with violet”
“a sinuous shidaran teadragon with raven black wings”
