NEWS: King Qalinor of Ta’Vaalor announced that partial citizenship will be available in Ta’Vaalor to Forest Gnomes and to Burghal Gnomes, while retaining their sovereignty.

King Qalinor, Sovereign Commander of the Crimson Legion, and the Honor, Pride, and Glory of Vaalor, announced on this day that citizenship would be extended in Ta’Vaalor to forest gnomes and Burghal gnomes. These people retain their sovereignty, and as such, are provided with partial citizenship only.
