Spell Sever and Spellburst Update

ANNOUNCEMENT: GM Yusri posted an update to Spell Sever, Spellburst, and other spell-stripping effects. Short duration buffs from Spirit Strike, Adrenal Surge, Clarity of Thought, and Manna (while in a sanctuary) will be ignored by the hungry spell-eating mechanics. They will not count against you or be stripped off.

Spell Sever has been updated to ignore short-duration buffs from Spirit Strike (117), Adrenal Surge (1107), and Clarity of Thought (1319). They will not count against your limit of outside spells, nor will they be dispelled if you are over the limit. While in a sanctuary, Manna (203) is likewise ignored.

These changes should also apply to Spellburst and other related spell-stripping effects.
