Special Materials Flare Updates for Ghezyte, Starsong, and Rusalkan – October 2023

UPDATE: GM Estild posted 2 updates: 1) Ghezyte, starsong, and rusalkan shields can now flare reactively when blocking in stances forward or higher and 2) Salty Cooldown for rusalkan updated to only apply to the Brine of the Rusalka buff; it will continue to cause the wave to knock down targets even when the cooldown is active.

Ghezyte, starsong, and rusalkan shields can now flare reactively when blocking when in an aggressive stance (forward or higher).

The Salty cooldown for rusalkan has been updated to only apply to the Brine of the Rusalka buff, so it can continue to cause the wave to appear to knock down targets even when the cooldown is active.
