UPDATE: GM Avaluka announced fixes to Sound Charms, which happened to have a quote mark in the sound they produce. Adding it to a bracelet should fix it. If you have a stuck charm, you will need to ASSIST. Details:

Sound Charms Quote Fix – November 2023

There were some oddities with Sound Charms that happened to have a quote (“) in the produced sound, causing the charms to get stuck on the bracelet/necklace. This has been fixed so that Sound Charms (and the Sound Charm Devices) will properly work with sounds with quotes (“) in them. If you have a charm with a quote in its sound that has yet to go onto a bracelet, adding it to a bracelet should fix it behind the scenes and it will not get stuck. If you have a sound charm with a quote in the sound that is stuck on a bracelet and is asking you to ASSIST if you try to remove it – please ASSIST so a GameMaster can extract the charm. But, going forward, these charms should work fine with the bracelets.
