PREMIUM FEST NEWS: The Mobile Silvers Smithy rolled into the Iyo Glade at the Premium Fest, in the clearing as you enter the Festival Grounds (Room 31273). He will be open until the end of May. This is the May/June Weighting, Padding, and Sighting Window. Remember you can get an estimate from the assistant outside the wagon, and that it will cost 100,000 silvers to enter the wagon. The Smithy takes notes. Plan your trip accordingly.
