Six Items Get Updated for Cooldown Displays

NEWS: GM Mestys announced that the following items have been updated so their cooldowns show in SPELL ACTIVE and the Cooldown window: Bloodooth Bracer, Valence Weapon, Valence Armor, Essence Belt, Bracer of Spider Holding, and the Glbus Naidem Runestaff.

A number of scripted items from past events have been updated to show cooldowns under the Cooldowns window and SPELL ACTIVE. The full list includes:
Bloodtooth Bracer
Valence Weapon
Valence Armor
Essence Belt
Bracer of Spider Holding
Globus Naidem Runestaff
