REPO Spotlight: Giantphang’s RecallWPS Script

REPOspotlight: Giantphang released recallwps.lic to the Lich repository. The script adds the CER range to the WPS line in the output of recall (and playershops). ;recallwps appends the CER number range (ie heavily = 9-10.) Add it to autostart and forget it!
