UPDATE: GM Quilic announced he was taking over the love and care of Rapture Cloaks (look them up on the wiki). He is working on a way that they can be removed temporarily (but not given to someone else) or put in a locker. No timeline yet.

As a note on the rapture cloaks, I’ve taken over ownership of that script and am working on some small upgrades, notably a way to temporarily remove them. This wouldn’t let them be transferred, but would let people get services on them (or stuff them in a locker)
