Private Property Upgrades Available on New Duskruin Cart

DUSKRUIN NEWS: GM Tivvy put the Private Property Cart out at Duskruin at “26871 – Gloam Pike”. On the cart are the standing clock additions, permanent ownership licenses, and teleportation key upgrades. It will be available for Private Property owners until the end of Duskruin.
