The artists from Crown of Ink have decided to spend the rest of the week outside of the Nielira Harbor bank, for anyone who would like a tattoo. They will be packing up by the end of the week (Friday or Saturday most likely).
The souvenir artisan is now permanently located at [Nielira Harbor, Markets] (u14150121).
