New Items Allowed for Light/Deep Notes (and Denied) – January 2023

UPDATE: GM Haliste announced that Light/Deep notes can now be used on the Hot Summer Night Cloaks (elven), Weaving Totes, and Greater Rhimar Weapons. Three items made the denied list, though: Wavedancer Towels (Tintrel), Mechanical Vambraces, and Cigar Slings.
