PSA: Last week, many items were converted from non-functional to functional. Tikba began a list of items that players believe should not be functional and that have been BUGITEMed. Additionally, GM Naiken said to remove and wear anything before bugging the item, as that may reset it. Here’s the list (so far):

This thread is for posting the items that you’ve BUGITEMed to indicate that they are currently marked as functional but should be non-functional since they don’t provide any mechanical benefit. This way we can avoid duplicating each other’s work too much!
