Minor Bug Fix: UCS Equipment flare info in RECALL & Player Shops

UPDATE: GM Meraki posted that there was a fix to UCS equipment flares when in a playershop and using RECALL.

Some flare-related information for wearable UCS equipment was not being displayed when using RECALL or in a player shop. We have applied a fix so when the information is unlocked, it should now display properly. Thanks for the BUGITEM report. 🙂
