Long-Standing Premium Points Bug Finally Found and Squashed

PREMIUM: PM Wyrom announced a long-standing Premium Points bug fix. It involved character transfers, code, and maybe something even more esoteric. Details for those who are interested:

There has been a bug since Premium Points were introduced that would report back the wrong number of points spent, which sometimes would have negative numbers or give the impression that an account has more points then they have when they are NOT Premium. It took quite a bit, but I believe I finally tracked down the bug. This was happening due to character transfers from a Premium account to a Basic account. The issue is, the Premium routine doesn’t run when you’re not Premium, so it never updates the the points earned/spent until you upgrade back to Premium on that transferred character. I will be rolling in a fix this weekend that should resolve this.
