We’ll be posting more details on roles we’re looking for, as we plan to move away from the whole “get your foot in the door” hiring session to making sure we are filling specific spots.
I will say we’re likely looking at 4 to 5 new recruits this time around and we’ve had over 40 applications so far. Ability to code or learn to code will be prioritized for interviewing, as most roles right now we’re looking to help out with either creating new content or maintaining/QCing content. There is still room for creative work and world building, but I don’t want anyone to go into it blind.
