Intermediate Transmute Comes to Duskruin for Recent Tiered New Materials

DUSKRUIN NEWS: GM Tivvy announced an intermediate transmute that will be available at Duskruin for Greater/Highest Tier version of each where applicable: ghezyte, surita, shadarl, aganjira, somnis, vethinye, white alloy, zelnorn, adamantine, and kroderine.

Allows transmutation to ghezyte, surita, shadarl, aganjira, somnis, or vethinye. The item must meet any restrictions the desired material has (i.e. surita is only valid on runestaves, aganjira is only valid on robes, etc.) to be a valid target of the service. The end result is the new material at its highest tier.
