A series of raffles have been set out inside the small black wagon at Tigerlily Crossing in Mist Harbor. There are raffles for black rapture cloaks, as well as for three different types of elemental rings. All raffles draw on Sunday afternoon around 3pm EST, though it’s important to note that the time listed on the actual ticket is the one that takes precedence.
Please note that the wagon will restrict entry for players on promotional offers, as this is intended for paid accounts only.
