Get REGISTER INFO Anywhere

ANNOUNCEMENT: GM Quilic announced that you no longer have to visit a Registrar’s Office to find out who an item has been registered by. Hold it and use the command REGISTER INFO to learn whose item you found! *IF* it was registered, that is.

As of a few minutes ago, REGISTER INFO has been updated to be usable anywhere in the lands. Previously, using REGISTER INFO when in the presence of a Registrar would give you in-character messaging revealing who the last individual was to REGISTER a particular item. This functionality is now available regardless of your location. Note that the in-character messaging is still functional if this command is used in one of the Registrar’s Offices around the lands.

This change is live in all instances.
