PREMIUM FEST PREVIEW: GM Quilic confirmed there will be a very few firewheel master quality instruments in raffles at the upcoming Premium Fest. He clarified that even if you have your instrument altered with some firewheel twig alter fodder, it will not become a master quality instrument.

There will be a limited number of firewheel instruments made available, primarily via raffle. As always, firewheel instruments obtained from the Iyo are master quality.
While it may be possible to utilize the firewheel twigs mentioned previously as alter fodder to change an instrument to be crafted from (and INSPECTed as) ‘firehweel’, that will not automatically convert them to master-quality instruments.
