Elves Clearing Road To Coast

on #prime-announcemens channelWalking towards the west, a group of elves peer into the forest. Each one searching for something hidden in the shadows.
“Got them orcs riled up I guess,” Nephr comments with a grin.
A large, burly elf smirks as he pulls a long dagger from his belt. “I wouldn’t mind smashing a few orc heads again. Be good to see some action.”
“If they come, we will do what we can, Gerint. It’s our duty now, keeping this port safe. If we want someone to open that trade post there, there can’t be any of those orcs lurking around.” Looking at the other three, Nephr shakes his head as he finishes the last word.
Wiping his hands on his ebon trousers, Jeryme nods his head in agreement. “Can’t have folks landing here with the road overrun. Have to get that cleared first. Clearing orcs from the road is thirsty work. Be good business for the tavern. What do you think Wilynt? Think we can handle these orcs?”
“I would love nothing more than to toss a few balls of fire their way, but with as many orcs as we have seen? Best send word to the Fortress, Nephr. Ask for the Legion, let them, and any who would fight alongside them, clear this rabble out. Take no chances that way, so we can open the port for business without any worry.” The slender elf brushes a strand of hair from his eyes and nods to the dock handler.
“That is smart thinking. Even with the Legion, may take a day or two or more to finish the job,” Nephr comments, “but it’ll be worth it. Get that road cleared, then ships can dock and trade can get movin’ on the road. Until then, we keep watch and protect. For Honor, Pride, and Glory!”
The others all nod firmly and raise their voices in response, “For Honor, Pride, and Glory!”
