Daybringer/Nightbringer Fix

UPDATE: GM Retser announced a fix to the Nightbringer/Daybringer items so that they will not give off effects if they are not being held. (Crazy … how freaky would THAT have been to discover?!) Also, Nightbringer rooting fixed.

Daybringer/Nightbringer was updated so that the anomaly will no longer perform any feats if the owner is not holding the weapon. Also, the anomaly will now root the living while in nightbringer form.
