Dabbler Getting Outside Assist After Merchant Week

EBON GATE NEWS: GM Thandiwe announced that after Merchant Week is over, the merchant Jehckle will return to Ebon Gate to perform the task that the Dabbler could not do. She will be charging soul shards, and no merchant pass will be required.
