Bank Note Fees Gone

ANNOUNCEMENT: GM Mestys announced that banks will no longer charge a fee when you with withdraw your silvers. Likewise, the pawnshop, furrier, and gemshop will not incur charges to you when paying you for your goods that requires a promissory note.

Notes issued from the bank when WITHDRAWing money will no longer incur a .1% fee. Additionally, notes written out to players when selling goods to the gemshop, furrier, and pawnshop will no longer incur a .2% fee.
