To Whom it May Concern:

As promised throughout my campaign, we are welcoming more visitors more frequently. I have arranged faster transportation to and from Teras Isle, and the Lochsmehr River ferry now costs a mere handful of coins. While I cannot claim credit for the reappearance of the boot as a magical focus, it is certainly auspicious timing. We welcome it.

I am gratified to see that my call for more accessible travel has been heeded so quickly — and well before this polite request could develop into something more pointed. It is my sincere hope that our town’s merchants will follow suit and see how beneficial increased custom can be when prices are fair.
