A page in Ta’Illistim livery walks in and announces, “By order of the Argent Mirror, all those who call the Shining City home are urged to take refuge in Cysaegir this night. The mages of the local orders of magic will be working together to restore and strengthen the foundation of the city. However given the instability in the bedrock, it is advised that residents seek shelter elsewhere until this task can be completed.”
