Hooded Man Paid for Info About Kestrel Family In Landing

A hooded man was observed at a local Landing watering hole asking specific questions about the arrival of the Grand Magister Dennet and his family. While he gleaned information that everyone in town already knew, he gave payment for it. The man accepted it. The Lady did not.
