Gnomish mechanical lockpick bracers fixed

GM Vanah found an anomaly on the gnomish mechanical lockpick bracers and fixed them. They properly hold the number supported in their analyze now.

Subj: Gnomish mechanical lockpick bracers

Hi friends,

There was a bug with the unlocked version of these bracers that was allowing any number of lockpicks to be stored, rather than 10 or 20 as shown by the ANALYZE. This has been corrected. If you had more than the limit stored in your bracer, you will not be able to return the lockpick to the bracer once removed.

On a more positive note, you will be able to INSPECT the bracers now to see where they are worn, as well as how many lockpicks can be held.
