There are pending POLICY updates to more clearly define it, but the abbreviated version is that you cannot setup a script that executes an action to perform a service (healing, lock picking, spell casting, etc.) when a trigger occurs, regardless if you’re at the keyboard or not. You can manually start a script to cast 401 at everyone in the room. You cannot start a script that casts 401 at anyone who TAPs your character. The bot policy only matters in the context of automated “services (e.g., healing, lock picking, spell casting, etc.)”. Bigshot does not fall under an automated service. But you must be at the keyboard and reactive to your gaming environment per the rest of POLICY 18.
