Wyrom Updates Policy 3, Policy 11, and Discord Rules

ANNOUNCEMENT: PM Wyrom announced additional changes and clarifications to POLICY 3, POLICY 11, and the #discord-rules on the Official GemStone IV Discord server. Review the POLICY command in game. Here’s what he said about the announcement:

After some feedback, POLICY 3 has had some minor language tweaks. The block about out of character disruptive behavior had a spot bolded to make that clear. The separation of Discord is a bit clearer in POLICY 3 and in ⁠discord-rules. The bulleted list removed some redundancy and language that was not needed. POLICY 11 feedback was that it wasn’t clear if something mentioned there would result in a POLICY violation. We do not regulate or police that content. Examples of something that may result in us stepping in are players being attacked in game for something mentioned on a third-party platform, game mechanic abuse is discovered through the use of third-party content, actions of various forms of harassment carry over to the game, or any form of self harm or real life violent acts being planned.

We are also renaming the off-topic channel to socializing. There are no other changes, just that the naming aligns more to what was on our forums.
