Wyrom: Fastest Way for A SimuCoin Exchange is ASSISTing

ANNOUNCEMENT: PM Wyrom announced that if you need to make an equal exchange of the wrong SimuCoin Shop item you purcased, you will find a faster resolution with an ASSIST, rather than going through Feedback or Billing. Here’s his exact quote:

If you purchased the wrong item in the SimuCoin Store that you are trying to exchange for something that cost exactly the same and isn’t limited in nature, you may do this via ASSISTing in game and requesting a referral. Going through billing will just get routed back to the game and may cause you to wait quite a bit longer to get a response on this.
