Web Character Training Updated with Latest Skill Costs

ANNOUNCEMENT: GM Estild announced that the web Character Manager (the GOALS command/button) now reflects the latest round of updates for skill costs and ranks per level. His example is a shield use training cost for Paladins is reflected as 2/0, and they are able to 3x train per level, all without having to check in at the local inn and train 1980’s style.

The web Character Manager now reflects the latest round of updates for skill costs and ranks per level (i. e. Shield Use training cost for Paladins is reflected as 2/0 and they are able to 3x train per level).
