Weaving Headbands and Update to Circlets Zested by the Rumor Wood Secateurs

UPDATE: GM Thandiwe announced that the weaving headbands and circlets zested by the Rumor Woods secateurs were updated. Pour a perfume on them, it lasts for 4 hours. Pour a bottomless perfume on it, the scent will last until you override it with the new one.

Hello,

Weaving headbands and circlets zested by the Rumor Wood secateurs have had a small update to them.

If you pour a perfume that is not bottomless onto them, then they will have a 4-hour timer applied to them that will cause the perfume to dissipate at the end of the timer.

If you pour a perfume that is bottomless on them, then the scent will last until you override it with another scent.

The analyze never listed either permanency or time, so it was not updated to reflect this change.

It was never my intention to circumvent any restrictions on permanency on a perfume and this fix corrects that oversight.
