Vanne Fan Gets Analyze Update for FLIP

MARCH OF THE BUGS: GM Xeraphina reported that Vanne Fans (aka bladed fans) have a new analyze that accurately describes FLIP as a Tier 2 option.

The ANALYZE on the bladed fan (aka Vanne fans) has been updated to properly reflect that FLIP is a T2 verb.
