Updates to Gemstones Arcane Opus and Ether Flux

UPDATE: GM Nyxus announced updates to Arcane Opus and Ether Flux gemstones. For Arcane Opus, the damage factor of your bolt spells is increased by 25% for 10 seconds, with a cooldown of 60/45/30 seconds, and a cast RT of 0. With Ether Flux, an issue has been resolved where the Ether Flux cooldown was being applied to the player rather than the target creature.
