Updates to Flaming Aura and BOOST GIFT OLEANI

UPDATE: Updates from GM Aergo: 1) Flaming Aura (1706) will now work properly when stolen via Spell Thieve. 2) Gift of Oleani, from the login BOOST rewards of the Gift of the Gods, was updated. It will now instantly migrate up to 60 training points, instead of clearing up to 60 training points from a charater’s 30-day skill migration period.

Gift of Oleani from the Gift of the Gods login boost has been updated to instantly migrate up to 60 training points instead of clearing up to 60 training points from a character’s 30-day skill migration period.
