Updates to Consecrate (1604)

UPDATE: GM Ivry posted about the updates to Consecrate (1604) and Guiding Light Flares. It can be added to non-holy armaments, but the Holy ones will receive a 25% bonus. Guiding Light Flares will need to be EVOKEd now. Details from her post:

Consecrate’s Guiding Light flares may now be added to non-holy armaments. Holy armaments will now receive an additional 25% bonus to the number of attacks granted by the spell. Guiding Light flares now require that the spell be EVOKEd, while the existing extended bless and purification versions of Consecrate remain in the standard CAST.
