Updated Message to Stalwart Resilience, Bubble Flares, and Banshee Flares Buffs

UPDATE: GM Nyxus posted that Stalwart Resilience (Bubble Flares) and Banshee Flares have an updated Buff Message. It will specify the boost amount and can be seen in SPELL ACTIVE and the buffs window.

The buff message for these flares will now specify the boost amount (padding for Stalwart Resilience, TD and Bolt DS for Banshee Flares). This addition can be seen in SPELL ACTIVE and the buffs window.
