UPDATE: GM Thandiwe has an update to all sorts of in-ator items that can now take a dye to color the item without a merchant’s intervention! Colorize mourning appeal flowers and all of these containers: basketifier, oremonger, nail polish case, seed vault, cosmetic case, chocolate mold holder, fabricator, gem pattern holder, antiquarian’s apparatus, forager vascular, frosting bucket, baker’s case, and the crafter’s caboodle. You can use dyes on the following items:
Basketifier
You pour your gorse yellow dye on your wicker basket, completely coating the item. The liquid soon dries, leaving you with a dark gorse yellow basket.
Oremonger
You pour your gorse yellow dye on your blue suede reticule, completely coating the item. The liquid soon dries, leaving you with a dark gorse yellow leather reticule.
Nail Polish Case
You pour your gorse yellow dye on your storage case, completely coating the item. The liquid soon dries, leaving you with a dark gorse yellow wood case.
Mourning Appeal Flowers
You pour your gorse yellow dye on your white calla lily, completely coating the item. The liquid soon dries, leaving you with a dark gorse yellow lily.
Seed Vault
You pour your gorse yellow dye on your seed vault, completely coating the item. The liquid soon dries, leaving you with a dark gorse yellow vault.
Cosmetic Case
You pour your gorse yellow dye on your cosmetic case, completely coating the item. The liquid soon dries, leaving you with a dark gorse yellow wood case.
The Chocolate Mold Holder
You pour your gorse yellow dye on your storage crate, completely coating the item. The liquid soon dries, leaving you with a dark gorse yellow wood crate.
The Fabricator
You pour your gorse yellow dye on your sewing hamper, completely coating the item. The liquid soon dries, leaving you with a dark gorse yellow cloth hamper.

Antiquarians Apparatus
You pour your gorse yellow dye on your storage apparatus, completely coating the item. The liquid soon dries, leaving you with a dark gorse yellow wood apparatus.
The Forager Vasculum
You pour your gorse yellow dye on your metal vasculum, completely coating the item. The liquid soon dries, leaving you with a dark gorse yellow vasculum.
The Frosting Bucket
You pour your gorse yellow dye on your enameled bucket, completely coating the item. The liquid soon dries, leaving you with a dark gorse yellow bucket.
The Baker’s Case
You pour a few test drops of your gorse yellow dye on your white birch case. The results are good, and you can tell the dye will transform it into a dark gorse yellow wood case if you poured some more on it.
The Crafter’s Caboodle
You pour your gorse yellow dye on your segmented bin, completely coating the item. The liquid soon dries, leaving you with a dark gorse yellow wood bin.
